The Stone Tech Difference

Stone Tech

  1. All in one material supplier plus fabricator. We import 100% of our material from quarries all over the world and have our own employed overseas markers insuring a 10 point inspection of only premium quality slabs. Even standard quality does not pass our rigorous inspection.
  1. All counters produced on the latest state of the art 5 Axis CNC(computer numeric controlled)Technology(Same manufacturer Boeing uses to build Jets.)  stone tech has one of the largest and most advanced fabrication facilities in the entire USA. Your edges are left perfect because the cnc recalculates it’s speed and sensors adjust to the density of your stone. Holes are all cut using CAD cutouts that are perfected by the sink and faucet manufacturers. Human hands could never compete with the quality or precision.
  1. 33 years of being innovators and pioneers of the stone fabrication Industry
  1. Templates done using state of the art LT-55 3D Lasers from Laser Products.

  1. One stop shop. When we control the inventory and the whole fabrication process through the completed install you are left with a perfect product.

  1. Satisfaction guaranteed. Stone tech always does an excellent job keeping the client happy. We have grown and survived 33+ years based on word of mouth satisfaction.

Competition

  1. 90% of the competition is either a fabricator or a distributor of material,  not an all in one like stone tech. When you have to deal with two separate companies and an issue arises their is nothing but finger pointing as to wether the issue is fabrication or material related.
  1. Most of the competition uses standard bridge saws to cut your countertops and manual routers and polishers to complete the work. Sink cutouts are done using paper templates and often not perfectly lined up with your undermount sink. Human hands can never match the precision and quality of state of the art computer numeric controlled technology.
  1. When you ask the competition how many years they have been in business most can’t even claim 7 years. Shops open and close all the time due to quality issues.
  1. Our competition uses wooden templates. Wood can never match the state of the art 3D laser technology we use for templating.
  1. Most of our competitors who claim to stock their own inventory often have under 30 colors and their stone yard is usually more like a boneyard.
  1. Our competitors seams are usually wide jagged joints because they are not using state of the art seaming technology. Their bridge saws used to cut your kitchen will tear through the stone leaving the two seamed sides that join jagged and rough. Making for wide inattentive epoxy joints.
  1. Most of our competitors do not know how To lead you to the right color choice for your cabinets.  They simply aren’t experienced enough or dedicated enough to give it their all to make sure your countertop is a work of art.
  1. Our competitors have documented return rates as high as 35% and on the average around 12% of a fabricators work needs to come back to the shop for some type of modification. We are <1%.
  1. Other fabricators simply don’t care to resolve outstanding issues. They will often find a way to blame the customer due to their own deficiency in fabrication technology or lack of premium material.
  1. Most fabricators will send you to an outside stone supplier and most stone suppliers will send you to a separate fabricators. Why go from place to place and deal with more hands then need to touch the job.
